If you are on Bigtincan, or on Modus before that, you have been acquired twice. Your next renewal is a migration decision whether or not you sign it. Give notice inside your window, run SoloFire free until your Bigtincan end date, then a normal 12 month term. Migration included.
Most enablement contracts auto-renew unless written notice arrives 60 to 90 days before the end date. Enter yours and see the deadline and how much free overlap you would get.
A reminder, not legal advice. Your contract sets the real notice period. We never contact your vendor.
The same four things come up in almost every evaluation we run with a mid-sized field team. If two of them sound familiar, the renewal is the moment to look around.
Same team, same content, a higher renewal, and reps still open it about as often as they did last year.
Role-play, AI search, and coaching exist on the platform. Getting to them means a bigger contract.
You used to have a person. Now you have a portal, a number, and a response window.
Large files, flattened PowerPoints, and an app that needs signal in a building that has none.
Medical device teams that started on Modus have been through every step of this.
Bigtincan delists from the ASX. It had earlier absorbed Modus, the offline content platform many device teams started on.
The stated plan: combine Showpad with Bigtincan.
The combined company operates as Showpad, with a new CEO, unifying the product lines.
The combined company carries the Showpad name, which tells you which product line is the anchor. Bigtincan and Modus customers are the ones being migrated, on the acquirer's schedule and into the acquirer's packaging at renewal. If you chose Modus because your reps work in hospitals with no signal, ask whether the destination still fits before you sign.

From SoloFire evaluations with Bigtincan and legacy Modus customers in medical device and diagnostics.
Being moved into Showpad's admin and content model on a timeline you do not control. If you are migrating anyway, SoloFire does the work.
SoloFire is offline by architecture: every approved file cached on the device, activity synced when the signal returns.
Support organizations have combined twice in eighteen months. SoloFire support is the small team that onboards you.
AI and premium support in higher tiers. SoloFire publishes its rates and includes AI in every plan.
Sign now, go live now, use SoloFire at no charge until your current contract ends. First invoice lands the month theirs stops. Up to six months covered.
Content transfer, SCORM conversion, folders and permissions, admin training, rep onboarding. No services quote to take to Finance.
When the overlap ends, a standard one-year agreement starts. We are not trading free months for a long lock-in.
| Who qualifies | Teams replacing an active, paid sales enablement subscription (Showpad, Seismic, Highspot, Bigtincan, or another platform) |
| Free overlap | From signature until your current contract's end date, up to 6 months |
| First SoloFire invoice | The month your current contract ends |
| Term after the overlap | 12 months, standard |
| Price after the overlap | $30 per user per month, everything included, no tiers |
| Migration | Included: content transfer, SCORM conversion, folders and permissions, admin training, rep onboarding |
| What SoloFire does not do | Pay, credit, or negotiate with your current vendor. You pay them what you already owed and nothing more. |
One price. Everything included. Built for the field. The overlap gets you through the switch; this is what keeps you.

Migration is included. This is what that covers for a Bigtincan library.
| In Bigtincan today | What comes over | How |
|---|---|---|
| Content Hub / Modus library | All files, including 3D and AR models. Folders and tags rebuilt with your admin. | Bulk export, bulk import, folder and permission mapping in a working session with us. |
| Bigtincan Learning (Brainshark) courses | SCORM imports directly. Native courses, quizzes, and video coaching rebuilt in the SoloFire LMS. | Export SCORM where available; we convert the rest with your sign-off. |
| Modus interactive catalogs and 3D | GLB and glTF files come over as content. Catalog layouts rebuilt as folders and Slide Presets. | We rebuild each catalog as a structured folder with your product marketing team. |
| Shared content and buyer links | Active links rebuilt as SoloFire Spaces before cutover. | Reps list live shares; we recreate content sets; reps re-send under your branding. |
| Users, groups, permissions | User list, groups, permission model. | CSV import, or SSO, included. |
| CRM integration | Continues in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365. | Native SoloFire integrations, every plan. |
| Historical analytics | Does not transfer. | Export reports before the end date. |
Typical Bigtincan or Modus library: content and users in week one, courses and Spaces in week two, reps live inside two weeks. The old platform keeps running until its end date.
End date, team size, what has to come over. Thirty minutes.
Your real content in SoloFire, so reps evaluate the actual thing.
Order Form states the rate, the 12 month term, and the first invoice date.
Migration, training, rollout. Free while the old contract runs out.

Last updated September 2026. Merger facts are dated and sourced above; program terms are below.
No Double Pay program terms. Available to new SoloFire customers replacing an active, paid sales enablement subscription with another vendor. Overlap coverage runs from the SoloFire agreement signature date to the incumbent contract end date, up to a maximum of six (6) months, and is followed by a 12 month subscription term beginning on the first invoice date stated in the Order Form. One-time fees, if any, for a separately scoped custom project are invoiced at signature. Migration and onboarding services are included as described in the Order Form. Proof of the incumbent contract end date may be requested. SoloFire does not pay, credit, or negotiate with any other vendor on the customer's behalf. SoloFire may modify or withdraw this program at any time; terms in an executed Order Form are not affected. Governed by the SoloFire Master Subscription Agreement.
