SoloFire Now Integrates With monday.com CRM

Medical device sales rep sharing content on a tablet with a hospital customer

SoloFire now integrates with monday.com. Reps who share content from SoloFire can attach a contact from their monday CRM Contacts board, and the share logs itself to that contact as a monday Update: the files shared, the files viewed in the app, and the rep's notes. No one retypes anything.

monday.com is SoloFire's fourth CRM integration, joining Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. It's available now for SoloFire customers. Ask us to turn it on for your team.

Why build a monday.com integration?

Plenty of growing medical device and life science companies, and plenty of distributor networks, run their sales process in monday CRM rather than Salesforce. They deserve what Salesforce and HubSpot teams already get from SoloFire: the rep shares content with a surgeon or a value analysis coordinator, and the record writes itself.

That matters more in the field than anywhere else. A rep covering cases doesn't have a desk between the OR and the next account. Every "I'll log it tonight" is a touch that never reaches the CRM, and a sales leader who can't see what each account actually received. The SoloFire monday.com integration closes that gap without asking reps to change how they work.

How does it work?

There are three steps, and only the first happens once.

  1. Connect. The rep opens the SoloFire settings menu, goes to Integrations, and connects their own monday.com account through monday's secure sign-in. Each rep uses their own account; nobody shares a login.
  2. Attach a contact when you share. When the rep builds a Space by email, text, or link, they search their monday Contacts board by name or email right in the share dialog, pick the contact, and add a note if they want one.
  3. The Update appears. SoloFire posts an Update on that contact's item in monday CRM. Anyone who opens the contact sees what was shared and when.

The customer, meanwhile, gets a branded, no-login Space instead of an email attachment, and SoloFire tracks who opens it and which files they spend time on.

A branded SoloFire Space as the customer sees it, with the rep's contact card and the shared files

What shows up in monday CRM?

Every share with a monday contact attached posts one Update to that contact's item. Here's what it contains, and what it doesn't.

In the UpdateWhat it tells your team
Files sharedEvery file in the Space, by name, so anyone opening the contact knows exactly what the customer received.
Files viewed in the appThe files the rep opened in SoloFire, listed next to what was sent.
NotesWhatever the rep typed when they shared: the committee date, the objection, the next step.
Logged activitiesNotes, calls, emails, and meetings a rep logs in SoloFire's built-in CRM against a monday contact post to monday as Updates too, with the outcome, duration, and date.

It's the same record Salesforce customers get as an Event, HubSpot customers get as a Note, and Dynamics 365 customers get as a completed task. Logging runs in the background, so if monday.com is slow for a moment, the Space still goes out.

What it doesn't do (yet)

We'd rather you hear the limits from us than find them in week two.

  • It's not a two-way sync. SoloFire searches your monday contacts on demand and writes Updates back. It doesn't bulk-sync or schedule-sync boards.
  • It works with the Contacts board. SoloFire looks for the board named "Contacts", or failing that, the first board with an email column. Deals and other boards aren't touched.
  • It's switched on per company. We turn it on for your account, then each rep connects their own monday.com account.

A rollout checklist for monday CRM admins

Five minutes of prep makes the first week smooth. Before you ask us to switch it on:

  • Confirm your monday CRM has a board named Contacts, with an email column. That's the board SoloFire searches.
  • Make sure every rep who shares content has their own monday.com account with access to that board. Reps can only find contacts their own account can see.
  • Agree on what a good share note looks like (for example: next step plus date) so Updates read consistently across the team.
  • Tell reps where to connect: SoloFire settings menu, then Integrations. A rep can disconnect at any time, which revokes SoloFire's access.
  • Pick one account and check its contact item after the first few shares, so managers know where to look.

Secure by design

Each rep authorizes SoloFire on their own monday.com account through monday's standard sign-in. Access tokens stay on SoloFire's server, never on the rep's phone or tablet, and are revoked when the rep disconnects. SoloFire searches the Contacts board when a rep looks up a contact, and posts an Update when they share.

How to turn it on

If you're a SoloFire customer running monday CRM, ask your SoloFire contact or book a time with us and we'll enable it for your company. If you're evaluating SoloFire and your team lives in monday.com, we'll show you a share landing on a monday contact in the demo.
