Share tracked content from the field and SoloFire logs it to the contact in monday CRM on its own: the files you shared, the files you opened in the app, and your notes. Reps pick the contact from your monday Contacts board right in the share dialog. Nobody retypes a thing.
Already a SoloFire customer? Ask us to turn it on for your team.
Three steps, and only the first one happens more than once per rep.
Open the SoloFire settings menu, go to Integrations, and sign in to monday.com. Each rep connects their own account through monday's secure sign-in, so nobody shares a login.
Build a Space the way you already do, by email, text, or link. Search your monday Contacts board by name or email, pick the contact, and add a note if you want one.
SoloFire posts an Update on that contact's item in monday CRM listing what you shared, what you opened in the app, and your notes. Your manager sees it where they already look.
Field reps don't skip CRM updates because they don't care. They skip them because the next case starts in twenty minutes. With SoloFire connected, the share is the update.
Illustrative example. File and contact names are fictional.
What lands in the customer's inbox is a branded, no-login Space with every file in one place. SoloFire tracks who opens it and which files they spend time on, so the rep knows when to follow up, and the monday contact already shows what was sent.

Reps who work from SoloFire's built-in CRM can log a note, call, email, or meeting against a contact that came from monday. SoloFire posts it to that contact in monday CRM, so the team's single record stays in one place.

The integration is small on purpose: it does the one job reps hate, and stays out of the way of the rest.
Type a couple of letters of a name or email and SoloFire searches your monday CRM Contacts board. No switching apps, no copying email addresses.
Contact search works in all three ways to share a Space, so the record gets written whether the rep emails, texts from the hallway, or copies a link.
Each share posts an Update on the contact's item: files shared, files viewed in the app, and notes. The same record Salesforce, HubSpot, and Dynamics 365 customers get.
Each rep authorizes SoloFire on their own monday.com account. Access tokens stay on SoloFire's server, never on the device, and are revoked when the rep disconnects.
Logging runs in the background. If monday.com is slow or unreachable for a moment, the Space still goes out to the customer.
Notes, calls, emails, and meetings logged in SoloFire against a monday contact post to monday, with the outcome, duration, and date.
A medical device rep's day happens in hallways, OR lounges, and parking garages, not at a desk. SoloFire puts the approved content library on the rep's iPad or phone, turns a few files into a tracked Space in seconds, and now writes the monday CRM record at the same moment. Sales leaders finally see what each account actually received.
monday.com joins Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 as SoloFire's fourth CRM integration. Each one works the same way: the rep connects their own account, attaches a contact when they share, and the share logs itself. No CRM seat at all? The built-in SoloFire Contact Manager covers that.
