SoloFire, Inc. (“SoloFire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software services to business customers. This page explains how users may request deletion of their SoloFire account and associated data.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your SoloFire account and associated personal data, please email us at:

Please include the following information so we can locate and verify your account:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your SoloFire account
- Your company or organization name
- A brief statement that you are requesting account deletion
We may need to verify your identity or confirm your authorization before completing the request.
What Data Is Deleted
When an account deletion request is approved, SoloFire will delete or de-identify account-level personal information associated with the requesting user, such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number, if provided
- Company or organization name
- Account login or profile information
- Usage information reasonably associated with the user account
For data uploaded, managed, or processed through the SoloFire platform by a SoloFire customer, SoloFire generally processes that data on behalf of the customer and in accordance with the applicable customer agreement. In some cases, the customer may need to initiate, approve, or administer deletion of data associated with its organization or authorized users.
What Data May Be Retained
SoloFire may retain limited information where necessary or permitted for legitimate business, legal, security, or compliance purposes, including to:
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, or regulatory obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce agreements
- Maintain business records
- Preserve security logs or backup records for a limited period
- Maintain aggregated or anonymized analytics that do not identify an individual
Customer Data processed through the SoloFire platform is handled in accordance with the applicable customer agreement. Under SoloFire’s standard Master Subscription Agreement, Customer Data remains available for export for ninety (90) days after termination or expiration of the applicable subscription, and after that period Customer Data is permanently deleted.
Timing of Deletion
We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period after verifying the request. Some information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or archival systems before being deleted or overwritten in the normal course of business.
Additional Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. SoloFire will honor applicable privacy rights where legally required.
