SoloFire app update content feedback and ratings

Content is at the heart of everything we do here at SoloFire. Today we are excited to release the newest round of SoloFire updates centered around improving the content experience for your team and prospects! Within the SoloFire app, users can now give real-time feedback on content and see more in-depth content information.

Rate & Comment on Content

App users can now rate all sales and marketing collateral, and leave comments for other sales reps and admins to see. These ratings and comments are beneficial to your sales team because it provides a way for reps to post valuable tips on how to position and sell with a particular piece of content. And they can post validating comments to the content marketing team for making such great sales assets.

An overall team score is generated for your team to see as the content is rated. The “Team Rating” serves as a guide for sales reps, including new hires, what content they should share with prospects to start a conversation. And what content they should share to keep the conversation going.

Feedback to Admins

As user content ratings and comments are delivered to the admin platform, they get information that has never been available until now – feedback from in-field rep about content usage on the front lines! This can really help companies understand where to invest in their marketing communication resources. They can see what content is helping move prospects through the sales funnel, and where content can be improved. With a streamlined process, this feedback helps marketing and sales stay aligned.

Content Information for App Users

We made the content information visible to app users. Sales reps can now see the file size, file type, date added, and when it was last updated. The content information also includes a brief description and content tags (which are both created by admins). Just another way we making finding content easy! Oh, and app users can view content analytics including views, shares, and ratings!
