Technical Requirements

 

Customer must ensure that none of its personal computers (PCs), servers, iPads, or other devices that communicate(s) with SaaS Services are affected by any form of malicious software including, but not limited to, key loggers, rootkits, network scanners, packet sniffers, viruses, or spyware (“Malicious Software”).
Customer must routinely check all Customer PCs, servers, iPads, and other devices for Malicious Software, using reasonable measures, including but not limited to automated scanning software.
Customer will ensure that all access to SaaS Services by any User will be performed without any malicious intent and without using any false information.
Customer will ensure that all switches and routers used in any Customer system(s) used to access SaaS Services allow communication with SaaS Services via secure sockets layer (TCP/IP Port 443).
Customer will ensure that all root certificates are kept up to date on all PCs, servers, and other devices attached to Customer’s system(s) that communicate with SaaS Services.
Customer will maintain persistent high-speed Internet connections at the expense of Customer at all Customer locations that connect with SaaS Services. Customer acknowledges that download speeds depend upon Customer’s connection speeds, total data download, and number of users simultaneously accessing SaaS Services.
Customer shall maintain a local subnet that uses network address translation (NAT) for facilitating all IP-based communication to and from any locations of Customer that connect with SaaS Services.
Customer will provide firewall security preventing any unauthorized access from hosts outside the local subnet(s) maintained by Customer.  It is Customer’s responsibility to ensure that its firewall and other security measures are not causing login and transfer issues with SaaS Services.
All PCs used by Users must meet the following minimum system requirements:

  • Windows 10 operating system and newer
  • MacOS (version 10.8) or newer
  • 10/100 Mbps rated Ethernet network interface card
  • Anti-virus and anti-spyware protection
  • The most current version available of a SoloFire supported browser.  See http://solofire.com/browser-compatibility/
All mobile devices used by Users must meet the following minimum system requirements:

  • WiFi or mobile internet connection
  • iOS current version and one prior version
  • Sufficient hard drive space for available content
  • Windows 10 or later
  • Android tablet requirements
    • ARMv7/x86 processor with vector FPU
    • minimum 550MHz
    • OpenGL ES 2.0
    • H.264 and AAC HW decoders
    • Android™ 4.0 and above
